Corporate Summary

Labrador Gold Corp. is a Canadian based mineral exploration and investment company. Exploration is focused on the discovery and advancement of gold and copper resources in Canada. Its projects are located in Newfoundland and Labrador, Ontario and the Yukon, all excellent jurisdictions for mineral exploration.

Mariposa, the company’s most recent acquisition through an option agreement with Pacific Ridge Exploration, is located in the White Gold District and is 40 kilometres southeast of the White Gold Project and 30 kilometres east-northeast of Fuerte's Coffee gold project. Mariposa shares many geological similarities to both the Golden Saddle (part of the White Gold Project) and Coffee gold deposits including host lithologies, mineralization style and structural control. The age of gold mineralization at Mariposa (~155Ma) is consistent with that at Golden Saddle (163.5 to 155.5 Ma) and other prospects in the district, indicating that the mineralization is associated with a widespread orogenic gold event. The property occurs at the headwaters of significant placer gold producing creeks indicative of significant bedrock gold mineralization yet to be fully defined. Six significant gold occurrences have been delineated by over 13,000 soil samples to date, including the most advanced Skookum Main and Skookum West prospects. Drilling at Skookum Main in 2011 intersected 1.51g/t Au over 81.5m from 24.5m including 2.44g/t Au over 38.9m from 29.1m. Trenching at Skookum west returned 1.40g/t Au over 40m including 1.83g/t Au over 20m in SWTR12-11 (4).

The Company’s 100% owned district-scale Hopedale project in Labrador covers much of the Archean Florence Lake greenstone belt that stretches over 60 km. Florence Lake is typical of greenstone belts around the world, but unlike these belts has been significantly underexplored by comparison. The company’s extensive exploration database represents an excellent discovery opportunity for LabGold. The Company’s work to date indicates significant potential for gold, nickel and zinc-lead-copper deposits.

The Borden Lake Extension project is in an area of excellent infrastructure near Chapleau, Ontario and is immediately adjacent to Discovery Silver Corp.’s Borden gold mine.

The Watson Project in northwestern Ontario, 100% owned by Elementary, a joint venture between LabGold and Nemo Resources Inc. represents the largest landholding (127,000 ha) in the Fort Hope greenstone belt. The Watson project hosts significant potential for gold and critical minerals (e.g. antimony, nickel, copper and zinc) in an area that has been significantly underexplored compared to the greenstone belts to the west (Red Lake and Pickle Lake). The road to the Ring of Fire, to begin construction in mid 2026, will run through the property and once complete, will significantly reduce costs of exploration and development

CEO Roger Moss has over 30 years industry experience predominantly in copper and gold exploration and was instrumental in discovering the multi-million ounce Navachab gold deposit in Namibia, advancing the Vizcachitas copper-molybdenum project in Chile and the Ilovica porphyry copper-gold project in Macedonia. More recently he led LabGold’s exploration success at the Kingsway Project in Newfoundland which was eventually sold to New Found Gold for $20 million.
